Abstract

25 reseach works are defended. The results of the observations of 332 patients are represented. The investigation of patients with open fractures and osteomyelitis are carried out in dinamic and complex.It was established that the main critiria in choosing of volume of resection methods of plastics of forming defects were localization,the degree of affection and manifesting of reparative processes. The facts of clinical affectiveness of preposed treatment are given.
