A total of 22 scientific publications and 3 Certificates of Autoship 4 patents ofUkraine with the information about surgical treatment of intraarticular fractures of the femoral neck and it’s consequence is maintained. In experiments on animals is fixed the main role of the posttraumatic hemarthrosis in the development of inflammatory dystrophic process in the early posttraumatic period. It’s made a model of the standard intraarticular fracture of the femoral neck on dogs where it have been found the optimal disposition of the screws in the head of the femur after osteosynthesis and the influence of glucamine on the hondroprotection of the cartilage of the femoral head. It’s learned the biomechanic principles of the rigid and spare fixation with two metaphysial screws by AO system. It’s created a pathogenetic technology of surgical treatment of intraarticular fractures of the femoral neck and it’s consequences which is direct on the creation of optimal conditions for the osteoreparation of the fractures of the neck and hondroprotection of t9NwДіЦI‹s!x‡M’СЕчзe«ЃOoQ|“Ђhead which allows to have a maximal positive result in concrete clinical situation
