The most often shifts distal part are a retrodisplacement,, ulna, adduction-angle. The rotatory shifts meet in 28 % of cases. These kinds of shift are the reason of infringement of the form and function of a joint, in case of them not of elimination.
The rotatory shifts parts of bone are eliminated at installation of a brach-ium on the average rotatory position, when the rotatory axis of a brachium is restored.
Brachium has an average rotatory position at worth, sitting man then, when the axis of a forearm of the bent arm (hand) in a ulnar joint under an angle of 90 degrees forms 40-45 degrees from sagital of a plane; at laying on a back, in a vertical position of a brachium, the axis of a forearm of the bent arm (hand) under an angle of 90 degrees passes through middle of a clavicle (in the party healthy ear).
More often (53,7-84,2 %) good results we observed at application of the device of Ilisarov, often satisfactory results we have received at application of a manual reposition parts of bone with the subsequent plaster bandage. The skeletal traction also promoted high good results, but it is badly transferred by children of younger age.
As method of a choice of treatment of transcondule fractures at children of younger age, on our view, it is necessary to consider(count) application of the device of Ilisarov.
The applying of the device of Ilisarov in. montage of our updating has series of advantages: the smallest quantity (amount). of spokes is applied, up to a minimum the danger damage of a angio-nervous fascicle decreases, the efficiency is provided.
The excellent (different) results of treatment are received in a result from 78,2 % of the patients, good at 19,1 %, in the sum high positive takes we observed at 97,3 % of the patients.
These parameters confirm rationality of tactics of a choice of ways of treatment
and high efficiency developed, offered new methods of treatment of the patients.
