Abstract

34 published works, 2 investigations are defended. They contain the results of clinical and laboratory examination of 435 patients with combined injuries. The peculiarities of structural processes in the parenhimal tissues were studed in experimental research works on the 30 rats as consequences of different variants of traumas dominate. The dangerous complications of traumatic desease were connected with domination pathogenesis mechanisms of microcirculation disturbances, expressed in methabolic system's discoordination. To decrease disability and lethality level we have developed the treatment tactiс with using early distraction-compression apparatus of external pin-rod fixation and orthopedic reconstruction of moduls after stabilization haemodynamic and regresses of neurological symptoms of compression and dislocation of brain, using infussion-transfussion therapy on pathogenesis base. The proposed treatment lactic have been applied into practice and allowed to decrease level lethality indications and improve the results of early and late rehabilitation.
